DESCRIPTION:Each year\, this event showcases the major local and state energy policy and programs that GPAEE members ought to be aware of in the coming year. The City of Philadelphia’s Energy Office\, the Philadelphia Energy Authority\, and Green Building United will be on hand to discuss what’s happening in the region with a focus on commercial buildings. \nSpeakers will cover the latest on benchmarking and the building energy performance policy\, how the city plans to comply with its own buildings\, and end with the programmatic offerings that can help service providers and building owners/managers meet and exceed compliance requirements. Speakers will also provide the latest happenings at the state level in Pennsylvania including the status of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing expansion. \nPECO will also be providing an update on its Ways to Save energy efficiency offerings at the start of the presentation.
