DESCRIPTION:This 1-hour regional meeting is intended for the Philadelphia Commercial Real Estate Sector. GSA will focus their presentation on current and future lease sustainability requirements. The Philadelphia Energy Authority will focus their presentation on the Philadelphia Energy Campaign and their Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing program.
