The GSA Regional Industry Engagement with the Philadelphia Energy Authority

This 1-hour regional meeting is intended for the Philadelphia Commercial Real Estate Sector. GSA will focus their presentation on current and future lease sustainability requirements. The Philadelphia Energy Authority will focus their presentation on the Philadelphia Energy Campaign and their Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing program. C-PACE financing helps commercial property owners pay for energy efficiency, water conservation, clean energy, indoor air quality (IAQ) and resiliency projects.
After the two presentations, GSA will be looking for structured feedback through a short Zoom questionnaire and there will be time for discussion and questions from attendees during the last quarter of the meeting.
