2023 PHILADELPHIA ENERGY POLICY UPDATES

This event will showcase the major local policy and programs that GPAEE members ought to be aware of in the coming year. The City of Philadelphia’s Energy Office, the Philadelphia Energy Authority, and Green Building United will be on hand to discuss what’s happening in the region with a focus on commercial buildings.

Our speakers will cover the latest on benchmarking and the building energy performance policy, how the city is complying with its own buildings, and end with the programmatic offerings that can help service providers and building owners/managers meet and exceed compliance requirements.

Speakers will also provide updates from the state level in Pennsylvania including the passage of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing expansion and at the federal level including the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA.)
