This session will offer a deeper dive into the different compliance pathways that are available to building owners / managers. You will learn about requirements for high performance pathways, how to demonstrate that you are qualified for each pathway, as well as tune-up exemption criteria.

Qualified Tune-Up Specialists, as well as the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) will join this session and provide information on low-cost financing for high performance such as C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) and how existing programs can support building owners / managers in improving building performance.
