C-PACE Financing for Property Managers

Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is a powerful financing tool that can pay for equipment that is energy saving, such as new HVAC and boilers. C-PACE is new to Pennsylvania but nationally it has facilitated investment of over $2 Billion in commercial property improvements.
