The Philadelphia Green Capital Corp’s (PGCC) Rishika Ghosh will be speaking at the event about the tools and resources the multifamily sector can utilize to incorporate energy efficiency and sustainability into their new projects and retrofits.
The Philadelphia Green Capital Corp is a new tool in the green building toolkit. The Philadelphia Green Capital Corp (PGCC), in conjunction with Inclusive Prosperity Capital (IPC), provides several lending products, as well as tailored guidance and resources for prospective partners, to nonprofits and multifamily properties in Philadelphia.
