PACE 101 Webinar for Community Lenders

PACE Nation has structured a webinar to support lenders who are new to the PACE industry by providing answers to key questions that can help launch or expand your current PACE lending activities.

You and your team members will be able to hear from, and ask questions of, Dan Carey, the Senior Market President of One Community Bank. One Community has closed multiple PACE deals in Wisconsin and Dan will provide insight on how to navigate the PACE landscape. The webinar will also feature John Caleb Bell, a partner at the law firm of Bricker & Eckler. Caleb is among the nation’s leading Commercial PACE legal experts and Bricker & Eckler were early leaders in commercial PACE transactions.
